We’ve already had a look at the new 2011 Volvo C30, but the Swedish automaker just released photos of the new C30 R-Design model.
Arguably, the largest cosmetic change from a normal C30 lies with the monochromatic paint treatment on the side sills, fenders, and air dams), but the 17-inch aluminum wheels (and the optional 18-inch rims) help give the car a lowered, muscular stance.
As Volvo’s grouping the R-Design model with the newly revised Sport Chassis package, the C30 may handle as good as it looks. The Sport Chassis receives stiffer springs, quicker steering, and new mono-tube dampers.
Other R-Design hallmarks include brushed aluminum mirror covers and pedals, R-design logos on the grille, steering wheel, and seat inserts, and a body-color roof spoiler.

Last Sunday I saw regular C30 in parking lot in Paris and asked wife did she dig it. She said it was cute, and I really liked the car. Pretty Spiffy ride.
