After rolling out two new engine packages for the Porsche 911 Turbo last week, German tuner Techart unveiled its new Aerodynamic Kit II, allowing owners to modify the car’s looks and improve its handling.
According to the firm, the kit includes new front and rear fascias, side skirts, and a unique rear spoiler. The revised front fascia features a more aggressive front lip spoiler and can be equipped with LED daytime running lights. The whole package gives the Turbo a new lower, more aggressive stance. It also flows nicely from front to back, with a character line that continues all the way from the new front lip spoiler to the new rear fascia.
Apart from improving the 911’s good looks, the Aerodynamic Kit II is a functional upgrade. Techart says the parts are designed to optimize airflow around the car to reduce front lift, increase rear downforce, and improve brake and engine cooling.
Both kits can be paired with either of Techart’s new engine packages for the 911 Turbo. The first package increases power to a menacing 570 horsepower, while the second further bumps output to a whopping 620 horsepower.
Both the Aerodynamic Kit II and the engine packages are currently available through Techart, although pricing for the upgrades has yet to be publicly announced. Our guess: If you have to ask, you can’t afford it…
