Subaru will bring an all-new concept car to the 2010 Los Angeles Auto Show that demonstrates the automaker’s new brand statement: “Confidence in Motion.”
The success of products introduced under the new brand statement will rest on the vehicles’ ability to combine driving enjoyment with a focus on increasing efficiency and reducing emissions.
“Subaru believes automobiles should be more than just a means of simple transportation,” the release reads, “They should also be a source of enjoyment, and enjoyment rests on a foundation of peace of mind.”
As Subaru continues to break sales records, the automaker slowly moves toward the mainstream, yet it promises to maintain the independent thinking that sets it apart.
With good looks often leading to confidence, Subaru’s upcoming concept car could be quite an attractive ride. Subaru designer Osamu Namba has pledged to make future Subarus more stylish.
When the concept car debuts on November 17, we’ll find a sporty vehicle that doesn’t sacrifice driving enjoyment to be environmentally friendly. What are you expecting from Subaru’s mystery concept car?
We’ll have more on this Subaru concept from the L.A. Auto Show later this month.
