It took justover ayear for STi, Subaru’s famed in-house tuning arm, to finalize and launch a special edition 2010 Legacy called the 2.5GT tS.
Said to be feel more confidenton curvaceous roads, the modified sedan is no more powerful than the JDM2.5 GT S Package on which it’s based. Of course, it looks a bit different. Visually differentiating the GT tS are front lip and rear spoilers, 18-inch alloys, and STi badges. Its chassis gets thicker bracing, while the suspension employs stiffer Bilstein shocks. Inside, Alcantara and carbon fiber trim is eye-catching.
The 2.5-liter turbocharged flat four-cylinder (265 horsepower and 258 pound-feet) breathes a little easier and sounds throatier thanks to an STi stainless steel exhaust.
Only 600 examples of the STi-tuned Legacy in both B4 (sedan) and Touring Wagon will make it to dealers. It’ll take 4,187,400 yen (or $45,911 converted) to snag one.

Yes, Subaru, bring it already! Would prefer it to also have more power, but the standard-spec GT desperately needs these visual upgrades, too.
