Three of the most highly discounted vehicle shopping days are in the last week of December. History shows that December 24, 28, and 31 will be some of the best days to shop for a new vehicle. Discounts on these days are roughly 7-percent off what retailers typically charge for their cars.
TrueCar compiles nearly 43-percent of all new car transactions in the U.S. to deliver its information. Some of the other most highly discounted vehicle shopping days fall on November 27 and 30, July 31, and April 11. This study shows that black Friday shoppers aren’t just shopping for electronics anymore. So if you’re considering buying a new car, now’s the time.
