2008-2010 Chevrolet Malibu, 2008-2010 Pontiac G6, 2007-2010 Saturn Aura
The Problem: On models equipped with a four-speed automatic transmission, tabs holding the shift cable in place can fracture and come loose. If so, the transmission may be in a different gear than indicated. That means the driver might think he or she has selected park, only to have the vehicle roll away unexpectedly. General Motors says it has received four reports of crashes from this problem, but no reports of injuries.
The Fix: GM dealers will installer a retainer mechanism over the end of the transmission shifter linkage, and may replace the transmission shift cable if it’s in poor condition.

2013 Chevrolet Sonic
The Problem: The body-control computer in the 2013 Chevrolet Sonic is supposed to check whether turn-signal bulbs have burned out and alert the driver. Unfortunately, Chevrolet discovered that feature was disabled in the computers for all 2013 Sonics.
The Fix: Chevrolet dealers will reprogram the body-control computer and the car’s key fobs.
Number of Vehicles Potentially Affected: 4716 Chevrolet Sonics
