Have you been holding your breath to see if the upcoming 2013 Infiniti JX will have a graceful rear end? Of course you have — and the people at Infiniti are more than willing to show you the answer with the fifth teaser for the new crossover.
Infiniti took to its Facebook page earlier today to post a shot of the future crossover’s rear, which it says showcases the company’s “luxurious craftsmanship and design.” It comes on the heels of yesterday’s release of the 2012 FX sport utility vehicle, which has gotten a more aggressive front fascia to match the Etherea concept from this year’s Geneva Motor Show.
Round the back of the JX, the crossover takes some styling cues from both the current QX and FX SUVs, as reflected in its taillamps. It’s painted the same shade of green we’ve previously seen in other JX teasers.
The JX, as you might recall from our other posts, is slated to be unveiled later this month at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and released for sale in early 2012 as a 2013 model. Important to note is that it will ferry up to seven passengers: Infiniti regularly uses the number seven in its JX posts to hammer this home. The photo in question?
