If you’re looking for some extra pizzazz for your Honda Accord, you may be in luck. Honda announced today that it will offerMugen dress-up parts for the Accord sedan beginning next year.
Mugen, a Japanese tuning firm with strong ties to Honda, has previously offered its wares on the 2008 Mugen Civic Si and the 2009 Fit. Like the Fit (and unlike the Civic), the parts for the Accord will be offered à la carte through dealers beginning November 11. Parts include 18-inch multi-spoke polished wheels, a machined oil filler cap, and Mugen-badged floor mats. A four-piece monochromatic exterior appearance package is also available, and can be painted in five of the eight colors available on the Accord.
Mugen offers suspension, brake, and exhaust kits for the Japanese-market Accord, but there are presently no plans on offering similar parts for the American Accord.
