Saturday at Le Mans, continued.
Le Mans has got to be the only place where you’ll find a Dino in the middle of a campground. We also saw dozens of Porsche 911s and Chevy Corvettes parked in the camping areas.
A bird’s-eye view of a driver change in the Number 33 Judd entry.
Frank Biela is interviewed immediately following his first driving stint.;
Seated in front of a photo of himself in another Audi hospitality area, driver Allan McNish talks about his first stint, during which he traded the lead with the top Peugeot car.
A blur of headlights zips through Porsche Corner, where fans stood three-deep at 11 p.m. when we visited. Two more exhausted fans slept just a few feet behind the crowd; we got outta there before someone stepped on those dudes. A bit of sleep sounds like a good idea to us, too, but we’ll bring you more Le Mans bloggage following the conclusion of the 76th running of Le Mans.
