Hamann, a German tuning house known for its elaborate body kits, has just released the Imperator package for the Bentley Continental GT and Speed models.
Part of the package is a sixteen-piece widebody kit including a front bumper with LED running lamps, rear bumper and diffuser, rear spoiler, side skirts, and fender flares. Customers can also choose from 21- or 22-inch sets of Hamann-designed wheels. A new control unit for the Bentley air suspension is also included. The unit drops the car 30 mm in the front and 20 mm in the rear to complement the larger wheels.
The package also gives the Continentals a bump in power. Hamann tunes the ECU and installs a new exhaust system with high-flow catalytic converters, an x-pipe and new mufflers. The modifications boost the output from the twin-turbo 6.0-liter W-12 engine to 630hp in the GT model and 650hp in the GT Speed.
While not included in the package, Hamann offers various packages to enhance the interior styling as well. One package is a silver clear-coated carbon fiber accessory kit with 10 pieces including the center console, center stack, gauge surrounds, passenger dash insert, door inserts, ashtray covers, shift knob and paddle shifters.
Hamann has only produced one example of the Imperator so far, but it’s presently for sale in the Middle East. If you can’t wait to have one built, you can stop by the company’s Dubai offices and buy it off the lot.
