Mika Hakkinen and Jensen Button, two of Formula One’s most famous drivers, have teamed up in a new public service announcement against drunk driving, and they did it in one of the best ways they know how: massive burnouts.
Yes, the two, who between them have three F1 World Championship titles, teamed up with Johnnie Walker this holiday season to sign their names to a pact against drinking and driving, but instead of signing in pencil, pen, or marker, they did it with the rear tires of a Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG sedan.
The results are predictably crazy, and we can only imagine how many precious tires gave their lives in the making of this quick little film, but it’s a bit sweeter knowing it was all for a good cause.
