The Lexus LFA didn’t have to fight for anyone’s attention when it originally debuted, but all that changes as the supercar’s production run comes to an end and the LF-LC concept takes center stage, as shown in the video below.
Though the LF-LC concept’s rear-drive hybrid powertrain may not put out as much as the LFA’s monstrous 552-hp 4.8-liter V-8, it does take the cake in styling, which you can see in the video below. The two cars may share styling cues, but the LF-LC exudes more elegance.
We recently reported the Lexus LF-LC concept has a good chance of eventually landing in showrooms. The overwhelming response to the concept’s debut at last year’s Detroit show makes it a prime candidate for production and, if it does get the green light, the 2+2 style hybrid coupe could challenge the Porsche 911 Turbo and Aston Martin Virage.
