Snakes are typically hatched from eggs, but the birthing process for the hot new 2010 Dodge Viper ACR-X is a little different. That’s why we’re glad to see Chrysler’s pushed out a new video that showcases the specialized assembly line for the limited-edition track car.
All ACR-X models start life as Viper ACR coupes, and are built in Chrysler’s Connor Avenue assembly plant in Detroit. After that, they’re shipped off to Roush Industries — the same firm that builds high-performance Mustangs and the Viper Competition Coupe — for the transformation into an ACR-X.
