What could be cooler than high-powered wagons with guns on them? Audi recently fitted paintball guns to two RS 4 Avants, and let them loose in a hangar for a game of paintball. The automaker also released a video of the pint-sized A1 Quattro doing its best Gymkhana 5 impression but by drifting through Munich instead of San Francisco.
Audi starts by installing big M2 machine gun paintball gun replicas on the hood of each 450-hp 4.2-liter V-8-powered all-wheel-drive RS 4 Avant. Each is loaded with paintballs and hooked up to a red trigger inside the cabin. The RS 4 Avants are then also fit with countermeasures, and a few extra surprises. The ’80s classic “Scarface (Push It To The Limit)” starts up and the two rival RS 4 Avants are off. We won’t ruin the phenomenal video for you, so make sure you check it out for yourself below.
The other Audi video released today features an A1 Quattro doing its best Gymkhana impressions while drifting through Munich, Germany to a Dubstep track. While not as awesome as the paintballing RS 4 wagons, the video is still worth a watch.
