The Audi R8 turns five this year, and Audi’s celebrating in the only manner befitting the R8 supercar–with lots of technology. It has restarted its most famous Twitter competition, and released a slick 30-second advertisement online, which is today’s Feature Flick.
For you social-media inclined readers, look up the #WantAnR8 hashtag on Twitter–you’ll find thousands of stories of people who really, really want to drive or own an Audi R8 supercar. Behind that hashtag is Audi’s WantAnR8 competition, which rewards the wittiest and best tweets–and fans–with some seat time in a real R8. Case in point: LA social media marketer Laura Knapp, who received a free day in an R8 Spyder last year after tweeting to Audi saying how much she wanted one.
