Chrysler has dedicated a great amount of resources to the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and, after a long wait, the final result will go on sale next month. To whet our appetites until then, the Auburn Hills-based automaker has posted new photos and a YouTube video with rolling footage from Moab.
The Grand Cherokee is wrapped in new, yet familiar, sheetmetal and will receive motivation from a 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 developing 280 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. Three 4×4 options are available — Quadra-Trac I, Qudra-Trac II, and Quadra-Drive II — and pricing starts as low as $30,995 for the most basic 4×2 Laredo model.
