Interested in a diesel-powered Audi A3? The German automaker announced that the pricing for the new 2010 A3 2.0 TDI starts at $30,775, including destination charge.
Using the same 2.0-liter turbo-diesel I-4 found in the Volkswagen Jetta TDI, the A3 2.0 TDI is available only as a front-wheel-drive model, equipped with a six-speed dual-clutch transmission. Still, the A3 TDI is rated at 30/42 mpg city/highway, which is right on par with a comparable Jetta TDI.
A3 2.0 TDI models are expected to arrive within Audi dealerships this November, making it Audi’s second clean-diesel model to be offered in North America.

what’s the difference between the audi a3 and a4.. i have my own audi a4 and im planning to upgrade its audi a4 parts.. could you please post some audi parts images of this a3.. thanks..
I think it was a mistake on Audi’s part on not offering the 170 hp version here. There are some Audi Kool-aid drinkers that will pay the premium, but otherwise, what’s the great compelling reason to buy this over a Jetta TDI wagon? Same exact engine, and the VW has more cargo space.
