Built upon the revised 911 GT3 RS, the GT3 Cup shares a number of changes with its road-going sibling. The wild new bodywork carries over (albeit the Cup-specific rear wing is 9 inches wider), and so does the 450-hp, 3.8-liter flat-six and six-speed manual transmission. Drivers will likely appreciate a larger cabin air intake, revised controls, and a steering wheel that now adjusts vertically.
Porsche expects the new 911 GT3 cup to be available later this year. Although U.S. pricing hasn't been announced, the race-ready 911 is expected to sticker at approximately $215,000 in Europe.
