2010 Kia Sorento Sketches Preview New Crossover

Two more teaser images of the 2010 Kia Sorento have surfaced. Following a darkened teaser shot of the side of the vehicle, these new sketches show that the next generation of the SUV will wear the "new face of Kia," much like the new Forte sedan and the No 3 concept.

While no details accompany these images, we can see styling is another product of Kia's European design team. The sketches show that the new Sorento will have much sharper lines than the current model. Although it will share a platform with the Hyundai Veracruz, the relative size of the new Sorento suggests installing a third row of seats may be impossible.

The 2010 Sorento will be shown at the 2009 Seoul Motor Show in April. It is expected to go launch in Kia's native land shortly after, while examples destined to Europe and North America won't arrive until late 2009.
