2010 Kia Soul Pricing

The 2010 Kia Soul is an addition to the expanding small-car market and will compete against the 2009 Nissan Cube and the 2009 Scion xB.

Kia undercuts both the Scion xB ($16,420) and the Nissan Cube ($13,990) with the Soul’s starting price of $13,950 (including destination).  The base price buys a Soul with a 1.6-liter four-cylinder producing 122 hp and a five-speed manual transmission.  A four-speed automatic is optional.

The Soul will be available in three other trims as well: the Soul+, the Soul!, and the Soul Sport.  A 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine producing 142 hp is available on upper level trims in addition to the standard 1.6-liter engine.

Options available on the upper trim level Souls include a four-speed automatic transmission, two-tone interiors, a metal-finish interior, air conditioning, power moonroof, and a 315-watt upgraded sound system.  A fully loaded Kia Soul Sport model will come in just under $20,000.
